New replacement steering dampers for VW Volkswagen standard Bug, Super Beetle, and Bus. Sometimes a worn out or leaking steering damper will cause the car to shimmy and shake when you hit a bump in the road. Early pre 60 bugs did not have a provision for steering damper but most people prefer to upgrade to one if possible. Standard Bug, Karmann Ghia, and Thing use the same steering damper.
