How do I return an item?

We try to offer the many different qualities levels of merchandise. If for any reason with in the first 30 days of receipt, you may return the unused and completely resalable item in original boxes, wrapping, and with all paperwork (shipping must be prepaid and all the contents fully insured) for refund, credit or exchange. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Some returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee upon Kustom1warehouse's discretion.

Because many of our customers take advantage of our FREE SHIPPING offer, when you need to return items that were shipped out free of shipping, we will charge you a 20% restocking charge for these items if the return is due to customer order error or if the customer simply changes their mind about an item. This is to recover (in part) the costs which we have incurred to prepare and ship the package to you with "FREE SHIPPING". Please remember that we pay for the shipping, and if you return the item, we must reclaim these costs. A 20% restocking fee will be applied when packages are refused for delivery or returned because they are determined to be undeliverable by the shipping carrier (3 attempts for delivery are normally made).

You must call and speak to our returns Manager, a Returns authorization number will be issued and must be prominently marked on the outside of the box, or the item will be refused. There are no returns after 30 days.

No returns allowed on any installed or altered parts. Please do not even try. You will only be wasting your own money to ship the item back. No returns allowed on any electrical parts, carburetors, special orders items or books. No returns allowed on any cores which shows any sign of being previously disassembled. Customers must bear cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem unless as a result of our error.

Unauthorized & Improper returns. All returns sent to Kustom1warehouse that do not meet our requirements will be refused and the customer must bare any costs for return shipping back to them. Warranty policy. You must call our returns Manager to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible, the returns manager will issue a warranty return authorization number ( WRA ). Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem. Send item(s) shipping prepaid with the WRA clearly displayed on the outside of your box. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused. · Kustom1warehouse cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc. · No warranty or return on electrical, carburetors, books or manuals, specially orders, custom high performance parts, installed or altered parts. Core returns. Customers bare the cost of return shipping on their core returns. Cores must not be dissembled in any way. Any core return which show signs of disassembly with be refused and return shipping will be at the customers expense. Kustom1warehouse must be sent all cores back to the original supplier for approval. This can take up to 4-6 weeks after we have received the returned core, please allow us the time necessary to process, send to supplier, await approval and final processing of your credit.
