EMPI'S BROSOL/SOLEX JUST GOT BIGGER AND BETTER!
EMPI has raised the bar on the competition for single throat high performance dual carburetor kits. We have taken the great performing 40mm Brosol/Solex and enlarged it to a true high flowing 44mm carburetor. Along the way, we added a 12-Volt electric choke to the new 44mm carburetors so that these new dual carburetor kits can now be fully utilized for cold weather climates. If your existing dual Solex's feel like they could use a little more "punch" or you like the idea of smooth cold starting then upgrade now to a new version of an EMPI Solex/Brosol 44mm dual carburetor kit. Fits all Type 1 & 2 dual port upright 1600cc based engines. These kits utilize the same outstanding manifolds, linkage, air cleaners, hardware, etc. that our "tried and true" P/N: 43- 4400 kit uses. Suggested for 2000cc and larger engines.
