This is a narrowed 2 inch front end for VW Volkswagen standard Beetle 1953-1965 and Karmann Ghia (not Super Beetle). We use a brand new 2 inch narrowed center beam. New beams have avis (ratchet style) adjusters for maximum range of adjustment and new oem style needle bearings in the torsion housing. No urethane bushings to squeak. We use OEM factory VW torsion bars, torsion arms and spindle carriers. Our spindles are reamed and bushed with new king and link pins in the USA. We have seen too many horrible hack jobs from the cheap Brazilian imported rebuilt spindles and would never try to sell them to you. Other options include standard and lowered drum spindles or lowered disc brake spindles for specific applications. Some disc brake spindles require late model rotors, wheel bearings, thrust washers and nuts. There is no accommodation for backing plates when dropped spindle disc brakes are used. If you purchase a front disc brake kit and a front end, we will install the spindles from the kit and use the king and link pins from the beam.
