Stock and narrowed 2 inch front ends for VW Volkswagen standard Beetle 1966-1977 and Karmann Ghia (not Super Beetle). New beams have avis (ratchet style) adjusters for maximum range of adjustment and new oem style needle bearings in the torsion housing. There are no urethane bushings to squeak. Narrowed beams are very popular when using dropped spindles. If you are purchasing torsion bars with your beam, we install them when they are shipped with your beam. Dropped ball joint spindles are only available for late tie rod ends. Early 1966-mid1968 (to chassis #118857239) cars originally came with 17mm. Mid 1968-1977 (from chassis #118857240) came with 19mm. There is a rebate up to $40 when you return your stock torsion bars if you purchased narrowed torsion bars.
