Facet is a name you can trust. This is the same brand gas pump I used back in the day. Solid state reliability pumping 30 G.P.H @2 to 4 psi. There are a couple of things to remember when using this style of pump. This pump is designed to push the fuel, not pull it. Electric pumps can be noisy. They make a humming or vibrating sound. Some people say it is annoying and others can not ever here it. This pump is only for carburetor applications. It can not be used on fuel injection.
