| Sway-A-Way spring plates are available for both the swing axle and IRS rear suspension. Both are manufactured in the USA from high quality thick spring steel. The spline 4130-spring plate collars are precision welded into place and are available in several different lengths to allow use of different length torsion bars.
Spring Plates are available in pairs only and are manufactured in two different grades of steel. The standard race proven spring plates come silver zinc plated for corrosion protection. For the racer, fully heat-treated and shot peened 4130-chromoly swing axle plates are manufactured.
Adjustable Spring plates are built the same way as the standard plates, except that they are adjustable. These bolt-on spring plates allow about 1� of up or down adjustment by turning one screw on each on side. The kits come complete with a full set of inner and outer urethane grommets and are available for both IRS and Swing Axle applications.
All standard Sway-a-way spring plates use 1 7/8" outside and 1 3/4" inside urethane grommets.
