Empi performance cylinder heads with larger intake and exhaust ports, 3/4 reach 12mm spark plugs bosses, 40x35mm stainless valves, single and dual high rev springs, chromoly retainers for VW Volkswagen.

EMPI PERFORMANCE CYLINDER HEADS
EMPI Performance Heads feature cast-in large intake and exhaust ports and 3/4" reach 12mm spark plug bosses. Our performance heads are stronger than stock heads and have extra material around the combustion chambers. We assemble them with stainless steel 40mm intake and 35.5mm exhaust valves and either single high rev. valve springs or high-rev. dual valve springs. All seats are cut to proper angle. Both versions come with chromoly retainers. Also available without valves or springs (Bare). Fits 1500-1600cc.

EMPI BIG BORE PERFORMANCE CYLINDER HEADS EMPI's big valve performance heads are now available fly-cut and precision machined for 90.5, 92 and 94mm big bores. Available bare or complete with big stainless steel 40mm intake valves and 35.5mm exhaust valves and with single high-rev. valve springs or dual high-rev. valve springs. All seats are cut to proper angle. All heads are equipped with chromoly retainers.

EMPI Hi-Performance Cylinder Heads with Competition Valve Job
This upgraded version of our Big Bore Performance Head was developed as a result of an increasing demand for an out of the box head that outperforms the competition. This version is designed for the individual who does not have the time, equipment or knowledge to perform a proper competition valve job, just bolt them on and go. All four versions come with the same valves and hardware as our EMPI Big Bore Performance Cylinder Heads above.
