These axles are made in USA by Swayaway for VW Volkswagen Drag cars, Bug, Buggy, Manx. SAW2261 Sway-a-way swing axles (pair), 23 11/16" Long, 3" Shorter. Swayaway axles are race proven and have been the racers choice for years. They are crafted from forged aircraft alloy steel, precision machined, heat treated and center less ground for a smooth finish. These high strength race axles are not tapered like stock axles. The shaft diameter remains large from the splines to the spade, preventing axle and transaxle breakage.
