German brake hoses for VW Volkswagen are sold individually. If you have ever seen black contaminated brake fluid while bleeding your brakes, then you can just imagine what it does to your rubber brake hoses. The dirt sticks to the walls of the hoses and causes them to clog and swell. Then less fluid goes to the wheel cylinder and the car starts to pull when you brake. Do yourself a favor.
